Where are you located?
We are located in Chiang Mai, Thailand; however, we deliver puppies throughout Thailand and internationally.
Is international delivery included in the price?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your puppy.
Is domestic delivery included in the price?
Can you deliver the puppy directly to my house?
If you live in Chiang Mai or the Greater Bangkok area or surrounding provinces we can arrange for a taxi to collect your puppy from the airport on your behalf and deliver directly to your house at your expense. You will pay the pre-agreed fare directly to the driver.
Can I visit the puppies in person?
Our policy is not to arrange viewings in person. Our breeder network is widely dispersed geographically and it is necessary to avoid exposing puppies to potential infections before their immune system has fully developed. We carefully vet all of our breeders to assess the treatment, breeding methods and breed standards of the puppies. We can provide photos and videos for you to choose from.
What is included in the price?
Delivery to your nearest airport is included in the price as is a suitably sized IATA-compliant aviation travel crate. All of our puppies are vaccinated, treated to prevent internal and external parasites and implanted with an ISO compliant micro-chip. They undergo blood and antigen tests, are examined thoroughly and certified by a licensed veterinarian immediately before travel. The new owner will receive a pet passport, vaccine book, micro-chip registration cert, pedigree cert (where applicable), a signed veterinary health certificate and blood test report.
Do puppies come with vaccinations?
All of our puppies are fully vaccinated according to their age at the time of delivery. They are also treated with Drontal Plus to prevent internal parasites and Frontline to prevent external parasites. The new owner will receive a vaccination book detailing the vaccination record and when the next vaccines and boosters are due.
Do I need to collect the puppy in person?
No, anybody can collect the puppy on your behalf. We will need to know their name and phone number one day in advance. They will need to show the air waybill that we send to you on the day of delivery and their photo ID to collect the puppy.
What modes of payment do you accept? Are there any transaction fees?
We accept payment via direct bank transfer or deposit to our bank account, PayPal, credit or debit card. There are no fees for payments made directly to our bank account. There is a 5% transaction fee for PayPal, credit card and debit card transactions. Our credit card and debit card transactions are handled securely online by PayPal (there is no need to have a PayPal account).
I recently purchased on different occasions two Golden Retriever puppies from Perfect Pedigree. I no longer breed or train dogs, and before I retired to Thailand I bred Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers and Bernese Mountain Dogs in South and Central America.
