Order and Delivery Process
To secure your puppy we require a 50% deposit*. The 50% balance is due one day prior to delivery.
1. From the time of reservation until delivery, we will send you regular photo/video updates so that you can track your puppy's progress.
2. During this period, your puppy will be socialised with our breeder and their family. They will be handled , played with and introduced to different surfaces and sounds. They will receive the first puppy vaccination, be de-wormed, and treated to prevent external parasites.

3. Immediately prior to delivery, at 8 weeks old, your puppy will go for their final pre-delivery veterinary visit. They will undergo a Comprehensive Health Check, receive any appropriate vaccinations, be de-wormed, treated to prevent parasites and implanted with an ISO-compliant microchip. They will be certified to be in good health by a qualified, registered veterinarian. You will receive the original, signed Veterinary Health Certificate and Health Report.
4. We will deliver your puppy on the agreed delivery date to your home, to our vet or to your nearest airport, depending on the delivery arrangements that we have mutually agreed upon. We will provide you with full instructions for collection, including all relevant information. If you are collecting your puppy from the airport, you will need to show photo ID and the air waybill, which we will send on the morning of delivery.
5. Your puppy will arrive in perfect health! You will also receive the original signed veterinary health report, vaccination booklet, pet passport, microchip registration card and aviation travel crate.
*Deposits are non-refundable except in the case that we are unable to complete the delivery of your puppy.
