Perfect Pedigree has many years of experience delivering puppies safely within Thailand and internationally. Depending on your location and preference, we choose the most appropriate method and confirm where and when you will receive your puppy.
How delivery works
A safe journey from our care to yours
Your puppy's welfare is our highest priority. We plan each journey carefully and aim to keep the time between leaving their mother's care and joining your family as short as possible.
Road or air
Most puppies travel by road. Air travel is reserved for destinations where it is needed and only when it suits the breed and individual puppy.
Home or clinic
Depending on your location, delivery may be to your home or collection from our partner veterinary clinic.
Door-to-door upgrade
If clinic collection is included, dedicated home delivery may be available for an additional fee. We quote and agree this before booking.

What we prepare and confirm
Every puppy travels with a suitable travel crate. Before departure, we complete the agreed veterinary preparation and confirm the practical details with you.

Once your puppy is with you: travel directly home, offer fresh water and a toilet opportunity, then allow time to settle somewhere cool and quiet.

Is puppy delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery within Thailand is included with every Perfect Pedigree puppy. Some customers choose an optional dedicated door-to-door service for an additional fee.
Can my puppy be delivered to my home?
Often, yes. In some locations, collection from our partner veterinary clinic is the included option. We confirm this with you before your puppy travels.
Do puppies travel by road or by air?

Do I need to provide a travel crate or food?
No. Every puppy is provided with a suitable travel crate, and we take care of the practical needs for the journey.

Yes, when this is agreed with us in advance. We confirm the named recipient and any identification or collection details needed for a secure handover.
