How to buy a puppy in Thailand
Six clear steps take you from your first enquiry to welcoming your puppy home.

Start with a puppy, litter or breed
Enquire about a puppy you have seen, or tell us the breed, sex, timing and home life you have in mind.

Talk through the options
We discuss what matters to you, answer practical questions and explain which current or expected options are realistic.

Review the actual puppy
Before you commit, we share the puppy-specific information available, expected timing, exact price and arrangements privately.

Reserve with a 50% deposit
We confirm the puppy, price, what is included and payment details in writing. A 50% deposit reserves the puppy on a first-come, first-served basis. Puppies are not held without a deposit.

Follow your puppy’s progress
We send regular photo and video updates while the breeder continues age-appropriate care, handling and socialisation. The remaining 50% balance is due one calendar day before delivery.

Welcome your puppy home
Your puppy completes the pre-delivery veterinary programme. We confirm the original health and identification documents and the included delivery or collection arrangement. Read how puppy delivery works.
Payment methods
How to pay
Bank transfer is our usual payment method. If it is more convenient, we can also accept PayPal or a debit or credit card processed through PayPal. We confirm the payment instructions and total amount before you transfer any money.
Thai bank transfer
Our usual method. Pay in Thai baht to a registered company account in the name of Perfect Pedigree (Thailand) Co. Ltd. We provide the account details and payment reference privately.
PayPal transfer
Available when PayPal is the most convenient way for you to make the agreed payment.
Debit or credit card
Card payments are processed through PayPal. You never need to give Perfect Pedigree your card details.
International transfer
For payments from overseas, Wise is often worth comparing with a traditional wire transfer. Check the rate and fees shown by Wise before sending.
Before paying: use only the bank details or PayPal instructions we send to you directly, and check that the puppy, amount and payment reference match our written confirmation. Cash on delivery is not accepted.
Prepared for the journey home
What is included with your puppy
Every puppy is checked and prepared before travelling. The standard package includes:
- At least two visits to a qualified, registered veterinarian.
- Comprehensive physical examination.
- Complete blood count, blood biochemistry and blood-parasite testing.
- Parvovirus antigen testing and faecal microscopy.
- Age-appropriate vaccination and vet-selected parasite protection.
- ISO-compliant 15-digit microchip and certificate.
- Signed veterinary health certificate and health report.
- Vaccination booklet, laboratory results and pet passport.
- IATA-compliant travel crate.
A pedigree certificate is supplied where one is available. Not every puppy or parent is kennel-club registered, so registration is confirmed for the individual puppy before reservation.
Additional protection
Limited Lifetime Health Guarantee
Every puppy is protected by Perfect Pedigree’s Limited Lifetime Health Guarantee in addition to the veterinary programme completed before delivery.

Frequently asked questions
What if the breed I want is not available today?
Send us a breed enquiry. We can discuss likely availability, suitable alternatives if you want them and whether it is sensible to wait. We will not promise a puppy or timescale until there is a real option to discuss.
Will my puppy have a pedigree certificate?
Not every puppy or parent is kennel-club registered. If registration or a pedigree certificate is important to you, tell us at the beginning. We will explain what is and is not available for the puppy before you reserve.
Can I visit the breeder?
Breeder visits are not routinely available. Our breeder network is spread across different locations, and access around young puppies must be managed carefully. We use the information, photographs, videos and direct discussion available for the individual puppy to help you make an informed decision.
How old will my puppy be at handover?
Puppies are not handed over before they are ready. Many domestic handovers take place from around eight weeks, but the puppy’s development, agreed preparation and travel requirements may mean a later date.
Do I need to arrange puppy transport myself?
No. Every puppy includes an appropriate delivery or collection arrangement within Thailand. We confirm the plan and any identification needed for the named recipient in advance. Read about delivery across Thailand.
Can you deliver outside Thailand?
International delivery can be discussed, but routes, airline rules, import requirements, timing and cost change. We verify the practical requirements for the destination before making a specific commitment.
